Eni's Way: A New Viewing Record

Tomorrow, I will begin a month that marks a deeply symbolic milestone in my journey.

On August 1, 2026, it will be 25 years since I was dismissed from Eni's Brazilian subsidiary after reporting irregularities that I had witnessed, acting in strict compliance with the Italian oil giant's Code of Ethics.

I spent two years as an executive.

And nearly twenty-three years dedicated to promoting ethics, integrity, and the protection of whistleblowers through the Instituto Brasileiro de Ética nos Negócios (Brazilian Business Ethics Institute), founded in August 2003.

Interestingly, as this story reaches its twenty-fifth anniversary, something else has also begun to change in recent weeks.

Since the launch of the Flinto Case campaign on June 15, thousands of people have visited Eni's Way to explore the documents, the facts, and the chronology of this story.

In May, the website recorded 38,621 page views, the highest monthly total in its history at that time.

Now, in June alone, that number has surpassed 155,000 page views, setting a new all-time record.

More important than the numbers, however, is what they represent.

Every visit represents someone willing to examine the facts before forming an opinion.

That is precisely the purpose of Eni's Way.

Not to persuade.

Not to accuse.

Not to ask anyone to agree with me.

Simply to make the documentary evidence available so that every reader can examine it and reach their own conclusions.

The campaign will continue.

In the coming weeks, we will move beyond telling the story.

We will begin presenting the key documents that support it.
